Disconnection for non payment will occur 5 days after due date. On the 5th day a $40 late fee will be placed on the account.
Reconnection for nonpayment will happen the next business day once the account is paid in full including any delinquent or outstanding debts owed are paid in full.
Reconnection for irrigation meters that have been turned off during off season will be connected same business day.
The monthly wastewater charge for each residential customer for the months of June, July, August, and September shall be determined by the monthly average of water consumption during the then preceding other months. This may prevent the need for a customer needing a separate service for yard watering for the sole purpose of reducing the wastewater charge on the water bill.
