To have your water turned on, simply visit the water office at 201 East North Street. Download and print the application and bring it in filled out to save time.
For the first 1,000 gallons of water consumption per month, or portion thereof: $10.00 (Minimum)
For all water consumption in excess of 1,000 gallons per month, or portion thereof: $2.75 per 1,000 gallons
The water user charge for direct customers located outside the city limits of Magnolia will be charged twice (2 times) the rates charged for the inside city rates listed above.

Property owners who request service with the Utilities shall pay a set-up fee in the amount of $75.00 for each location. Renters shall be charged $75.00 for each location. The fee is collected to offset the cost of setting up the customer at that location on the Utilities records, reading the meter and connecting the service. It is non-refundable and is charged for each location.
Irrigation meters must have backflow testing done once a year. The test needs to be turned into the office within 10 day of turning the system on. Failure to do so will result in the meter being locked until the office receives test results from certified plumber.
Each customer shall pay a minimum monthly water charge based on the rate structure, the size of the water meter, and location of meter as follows:
